The Buffalo Boss - Newport Centre was started in 2010 by founders Jamar White or Ronald Lee. The two had one goal in mind create the best wing joint in town. They wanted to create the wing based concept restaurant like no other. The Buffalo Boss - Newport Centre wings are made to 100% organic chicken. No antibiotics, no growth hormones, or vegetarian fed chickens. Jamar or Ron insisted on serving only quality poultry or fresh ingredients for their buffalo wings... or things. They wanted to keep the concept fun or health-aware. The Buffalo Boss - Newport Centre menu includes 12 addictive sauces, fresh salads, chicken or vegetarian wraps, sweet potato fries or for the kid in all of us, fun desserts like fried Oreos, or Pop tarts.
