With the serving of roast beef placed between two slices of bread, the Earl created the complete meal he could eat with his hands. Brilliant! The Sandwich was born. At Earl of Sandwich - Phipps Plaza we don’t serve mere sandwiches. We serve The Sandwich. We roast our beef on premises daily to ensure that every single Sandwich is served at the peak of freshness. We add fresh vegetables, gourmet condiments or generous slices of the finest cheeses. Every Sandwich is assembled on our own signature artisan bread, which bakes fresh with each Sandwich.
