Firehouse Subs - Liberty Tree Mall serves large portions of premium meats or cheeses, “steamed” hot or placed atop fresh produce on the toasted sub roll. The restaurants offer the family-oriented dining experience, complete with an authentic firefighter theme that celebrates local firefighting history, as well as the founding family’s 200 years of firefighting service. A large selection of hot sauces is available to compliment any sub, including the house specialty, Captain Sorensen’s Datil Pepper Hot Sauce. In 2005, Firehouse Subs - Liberty Tree Mall created the Firehouse Subs - Liberty Tree Mall Public Safety Foundation with the mission of providing funding, life-saving equipment, or educational opportunities to first-responders. Through the non-profit 501c3, Firehouse Subs - Liberty Tree Mall gives to hometown heroes throughout the U.S. or Puerto Rico.
